iControl Software

Chemists and engineers must finish tasks faster in the current business climate. They need to be able to quickly analyze data in order to make better decisions about the course of future work if they are to succeed. With iControl™, development chemists and process engineers can develop a rugged and scalable process by qualifying the required design space and combining reactor data with information from METTLER TOLEDO analytical tools. As a result, chemists and engineers can make more accurate judgments and complete projects efficiently.

    Integrated Chemical Database

A flexible and powerful reaction editor makes it easy to calculate reagent amounts and document chemistry and stoichiometry. The integrated chemical database provides fast access to chemical properties. Re-use equipment setup, recipe, and chemistry from any experiment.

Automate Your Tasks with Simple UI

Set points can be changed by a simple mouse click on the PC or a key-stroke on the instrument touchscreen. The fully integrated link ensures a simultaneous update of all relevant data at both interfaces. iControl records all actions during the experiment for full traceability and easy reuse of recipes. Preprogram some or all your tasks for unattended operation. Set points can also be changed directly on the reactor graphic or by dragging and dropping tasks into the procedure.

What is the difference between an office license and an instrument license?

An iControl single instrument license allows for the creation of new experiments and control of the instrument. An office license can be installed on a separate computer and used to review and analyze data from an experiment that has already been completed.
